Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We try our best to process the order as soon as possible so please make sure the SHIPPING ADDRESS is correct as well as the items in your cart. Incorrect information may result in lost or missing package and we will NOT be responsible for it.

For damaged packages, please contact the mail carrier since we cannot control how it is being handled during the shipment. Thus, we do NOT issue any returns or exchanges (also for sanitation purposes).

For damaged item or if item arrives with defect, please contact us immediately within 24 hours from the arrival time.
